This Privacy Policy explains what information Skay Digital collects through skaydigital.co, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1.Who we are
Skay Digital (the "Company," "we," "our," or "us") is a marketing agency. We operate the website at skaydigital.co (the "Site"). If you have a question about this policy or your information, email us at skaydigital.co@gmail.com.
2.Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a contact form on the Site, we collect what you enter: your first and last name, email address, business name, the service you are interested in, and anything you write in your message. If you email us or become a client, we also keep the information you send us in that correspondence.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and its hosting provider automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and the page that referred you.
Cookies and similar technologies. We may use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to understand how the Site is used and to measure and improve our advertising. See Section 4.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us through the Site, sensitive information such as government ID numbers, payment card numbers, passwords, or health information.
3.How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and talk with you about our services.
- To prepare proposals and provide services you request.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site, and to prevent spam and abuse.
- To understand how visitors find and use the Site and how our marketing performs.
- To send you updates or marketing messages about our services, which you can opt out of at any time.
- To comply with the law and to protect our rights.
4.Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We may use third-party analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel. These tools may set cookies or collect information such as your IP address, device identifiers, and activity on the Site, and they may use that information under their own privacy policies, including to show ads for our services on other websites and apps.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized advertising through the ad settings Google and Meta provide in your account with them. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using the Site. The Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
5.How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host and form processor, email provider, and analytics and advertising platforms. They may use your information only to provide their services to us or as described in their own policies.
- Legal reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law or is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers, if the Company is involved in a merger, sale, or transfer of its business, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With your direction or consent.
6.Information we handle for our clients
When we provide marketing services to a client, we may handle information about that client's customers or website visitors on the client's behalf. In those cases the client decides how that information is used, and the client's own privacy policy applies. If you have a question about information a client of ours holds about you, please contact that business directly.
7.How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, such as responding to you, maintaining our business records, and meeting legal obligations, and then delete it or make it anonymous.
8.Your choices and rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may ask us to stop sending you marketing messages. To make a request, email skaydigital.co@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we may keep information we are legally required or permitted to keep.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, such as the right to appeal a decision about your request or to opt out of certain uses of your information. We will honor the rights that apply to you, and we will not treat you differently for exercising them.
9.Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No website, email, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us.
10.Children
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11.Links to other sites
The Site may link to websites and services we do not operate. This policy does not cover them, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
12.Visitors outside the United States
We operate in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. By using the Site or sending us information, you understand that it will be handled in the United States.
